Orange - The Citrus Fruit - To increase immune system

Hi Friends,
     Now a days due to this COVID19, most of the people's are reducing their immune system in their bodies. To improve the immune system we have to take citrus fruits moderately with our meals. 
       So Today we are going to know one of the citrus fruit  'Orange'
      There are various citrus fruits lemon, grapefruit, pomelos, lime and orange growing all over the world. All citrus fruits are belongs to the family of Rutaceae. 
       Now let's see the benefits of orange. orange contains Vitamin 'C' and it helps to improve your immune system in body, it's good For protecting cells from the damage, Smoother skins, wound healing process, and good for bones and teeth too. 
        We shall take oranges in our breakfast but not much more, because Orange will increase the large amount of acid level in stomach and it's causes pain and uncomfortable Side affects. Eating whole orange is better than drinking orange juice.
         Orange contains full nutrients, vitamin C, fibre and low calories. It helps to reduce the belly fat. Taking citrus fruits in the early morning with empty stomach leads to heartburn, ulcer, allergies so suggested to take after breakfast or some meal.
