            What is capsicum? 
Capsicum is a class of blooming plants in the nightshade family of 'SOLANACEAE' local to the Americas, developed worldwide for their bean stew pepper or ringer pepper natural product.

       Capsicum how it's growing / developing?
 Growing of capsicum needs a bright situation with warm and Red soils. Gradually requires 21 to 29 degree Celsius temperature. 
          Types of Capsicum? 
Globally capsicum having some common names like chilli pepper, red pepper, green pepper, bell pepper & paprika in some countries. Capsicum species having five different types as follows C. Annuum, C. Chinese, C. Baccatum, C. Frutescens & C. Pubescent.
            Benefits of Capsicum? 
Capsicum having a well presented rich in Vitamin 'C', low calorie so it's good for healthy diet. Increase immunity power, Protection from cataracts for eyes, And Red Capsicum having more phytonutrients and it's good for heart. Red capsicum contains  cancer fighting antioxidants, vitamin 'B6' & folate, so thereby reducing the way of heart diseases.
